Relaunch of Aviator watches and accessories
In conjunction with Aviator Watch SA and Hanse Travel Retail, JNS REVIEWED a potential new business development opportunity for Aviator F Series watches and accessories in global Travel Retail, PLANNED a new launch strategy and product assortment including smart watches, connected the key stake holders together and secured a new contract, DELIVERED a full new watch collection into the market with great success:
- A range of 30 watches, sunglasses, leathergoods and accessories
- 120 listings achieved on 60 airlines in year one including Easyjet, Emirates, TUI
- Final stage discussions with global TR shopping groups
- Exposure to 1 billion global passengers annually.

The Lovely Distribution Company Ltd
JNS Brand Management were appointed as Senior Management Consultants for the Lovely Distribution Company, global licences for Sarah Jessica Parker, Lionel Richie and Ignacio Figueras fragrances.
REVIEW – A full strategic business overview was undertaken, involving total sales analysis by country and account, HR review, brand rationalisation and evaluation, financial testing, and compliance.
PLAN – An initial 3 month report was produced, with full strategic business PLAN put together for discussion with the owners.
CONNECT – All major stakeholders, business partners, suppliers and key customers were CONNECTED with and involved with the process.
DELIVER –
New sales leads were established leading to 25% sales increase in 2022 for SJP fragrances.
Major supplier/consultancy contracts were renegotiated creating double digit net savings.
A new finance and customer service team was recruited and managed.
New 3 year distribution contract for the US, Canada was signed with guaranteed multimillion dollar sales annually for SJP fragrances.
A new global fragrance licence was signed, featuring Top 10 renowned global logo.
New European and Middle Eastern sales contracts were finalised.
A new flanker was successfully launched in the USA for SJP fragrances, with the global TR launch on Virgin Atlantic front cover.
SJP re-entered TR becoming best selling Ladies fragrance on Easyjet, and sold on board TUI and Aegean as well as Aer Rianta in Cyprus
Nacho Figueras was expanded with new listing on Emirates Airlines, increasing global sales by triple digit, leading to a mutli-million new distribution agreement for the Middle East.
Lionel Richie fragrances sales were expanded into Germany through Rossman, and successfully launched on HSN Shopping Network in the USA.
Launch of Aviator fragrances into the global market
In conjunction with Societe Parisienne de Perfums et Cosmetiques and CRM, JNS REVIEWED and identified a potential new business for Aviator fragrances, PLANNED and developed an entire new collection and marketing strategy, CONNECTED to the preferred retailers and global distributors, and DELIVERED a full collection into the market:
- 3 Gents EDP fragrances 100ml and 50ml
- Agreed retailers globally including UK. Savers, The Perfume Shop, TJC, DACH exclusive distribution with Nobilis moving into Rossman etc, Primor in Spain and Portugal, PCOA in the Americas, and in Global TR Aer Rianta, Heinemann, Condor, TUI etc.

Hanse are a well respected distributor to the inflight market, mainly in Europe. They approached JNS to expand their product portfolio into more beauty products, add Middle Eastern clients and build their business to ground stores/ferries/cruises. JNS REVIEWED Hanse’s existing portfolio and supplier base, identifying the gaps and suitable existing products then PLANNED an expansion goal with the company owners. JNS CONNECTED Hanse to their supplier base, DELIVERING several fragrance and beauty brands to Hanse’s portfolio, including a distribution agreement with L’Oreal, Designer Perfumes, Guy Laroche, Paloma Picasso, Porsche Design and Sarah Jessica Parker with immediate sales expansion. JNS CONNECTED Hanse to their existing clients in the UAE leading to multiple new sales listings for Hanse on Emirates Airlines DELIVERING a large expansion in sales turnover.
